Case Studies
Snowpaw Store
Snowpaw Store was purchased by new owners in 2007 and needed a makeover. We created a new logo and new website. The colours chosen were white and light blue to represent snow and ice.
The website was designed using Magento. This powerful content management system (cms) enables Snowpaw Store to keep a close eye on sales and interact with their customers using a bold but easy to use store front.
We designed their business cards to match the website, and have also created banners which they use at events.
Samnooshka Designs is also the exclusive graphic designer for Snowpaw Store, we design all their advertising for newspapers, magazines and facebook. We are proud to work with Snowpaw Store in taking their business forwards by creating bold and catchy designs.

Logo Design
We create all logos in Adobe Illustrator. This means that the logo is created as a vector and can be printed as large or as small as you like without any pixelation or distortion of the image unlike those designers using photoshop.
Logos are the first thing your clients see, they need to be bold, catchy, memorable, yet simple. We talk you through each stage of the design process to make sure you are getting the look and feel that you really want.
Logo Designs start from £100
To be able to create exactly the look you want, please provide us with a brief including any ideas you already have, any colours to use/not use and a brief overlook of your business. We will contact you for an interview about the design too so we can really make it personalised for your needs.

Advertising
Our adverts are created using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign. All we need is your company logo, images and wording and then let us piece it together to create a visually impacting design that will stand out from the rest.
When requesting any advertising (print or online) please provide all images via email, please provide all wording (spell checked) including any kennel names and show wins in text format, either by email or via a word document (or similar). Please do not send screenshots of text.

The following price list is for low resolution advertising with no printing permitted. To be used on websites and social media only.
Low resolution - RGB Jpegs, 72DPI and 1500px on longest side.
Images taken by someone other than yourself must be referenced so please provide the photographers name when sending images.

PRINT ADVERTISING
300dpi and made to measure for your printing needs. Please let me know the size of the advert before I start the design. Once your design is signed off by you, you will receive the files in the correct format to send to the paper/magazine for publication.
Finished files will be completed in CMYK (print only - not for web use) in PDF format.
Included in all prices is a low resolution version of your finished advert (RGB Jpeg, 72dpi 1500px longest side - online only, not for print).
NOTE: Please do not send files via Facebook Messenger. For large files please send via dropbox.com or mailbigfile.com using the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Please also do not send mobile phone pictures or images downloaded from the internet for print use as the resolution is not high enough. Images should be taken with a camera that can take images of 300dpi or higher. Characatures
We love drawing and designing cartoon characters, we can turn any photo into a cartoon, and create graphics of animals, people and even cars and bikes.

Leaflets are a great way to get your company "out there" they should be bold, informative and catchy. We can design 2 sided banners, or even menu style leaflets (2 or 3 fold). We also offer printing at competitive prices.

Professional Photo Retouching

We offer various website design services, from simple HTML/CSS to the latest CMS (Content Management System) sites powered by Joomla and Wordpress and E-Commerce websites powered by Magento.
HTML/CSS
The HTML website is designed for those companies just wanting an online profile or CV. These sites are usually no larger than 4 pages and require very little upkeep. These are not suitable for those requiring regular updates. They should be a simple but elegant design used to showcase your best work and business cv.

CMS
The CMS website is designed for those wanting to be more interactive with their sites. These sites have an administration area and the client gets their own log in to update the site themselves. Of course, we are always on hand for support.

E-Commerce
Our E-Commerce sites are designed based on a CMS system. They include an administration area to manage your sales and interact with your customers.

To ensure that we quote correctly to give you the best service possible, we will need to conduct a client interview where we will ask you what you require the website to do. This can be conducted over the phone, in person or via Skype.

Hosting
Your website will be hosted on multiple servers for optimal performance. I offer a two-year subscription including domain name renewal.
£100 for 2 years.
With your hosting is included any minor updates and changes and general maintenance to keep your website running smoothly. Should you notice any changes in your site then please contact me as soon as possible.
The bossy bit...
Once you have signed off the website and you are happy with it, any further major changes after 14 days are not included in the design fee or hosting fee. Additional pages and additional galleries are charged at £25 per hour after 14 days of completion.
You will be notified 1 month before your renewal is due. Payment must be made 2 working days prior to your renewal.
Should you no longer require your site then please let me know to cancel the renewal, this must be done no later than 1 week before your renewal date.
If renewals are not paid for 2 working days before renewal, the site will no longer be accessible.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund hosting once your site is live, but if required I can remove your site if you need it to be removed. The cost of hosting is set for 2 years.
